Goal of the weekly Exercise:
The IVA Pilates On-Demand system is designed to integrate mindful, precise, and knowledgeable movement into your lifestyle.

Each week, we focus on teaching a single, carefully chosen exercise that you can practice daily—one exercise done exceptionally well that will enhance your body’s state. This approach encourages you to dive deep into the essence of each movement, taking the time to perfect its purpose and technique. With Pilates, we have a powerful tool to address body imbalances, optimize physical challenges, and enhance overall well-being.

These weekly exercises are selected to offer targeted benefits, whether you’re aiming to improve a specific area or simply want to incorporate mindful movement into your daily routine. You can practice each exercise once, remembering its focus and purpose, or make it a part of your daily or alternate-day practice if you have an area needing extra care. Through this approach, IVA Pilates helps you bring the art and science of Pilates into your life, creating a consistent path toward a healthier, more resilient body.
Goal of the weekly routines:
Each week, you gain access to two expertly crafted routines of 10-25min, designed to focus on a specific body part—one routine enhancing mobility, and the other building strength. These routines offer short, efficient exercise sequences tailored for real impact, giving you the power to address your body’s needs with efficiency.

The first routine of the week centers on mobility, guiding you through movements to improve flexibility and range of motion in a targeted area to create more freedom of movement, releasing tensions and stiffness.
Later in the week, the second routine builds strength, focusing on optimal stability and power within the same body part.

You can choose to do each routine once or repeat them up to 3 times throughout the week based on your needs and goals. These concise, thoughtfully planned sequences are crafted to inspire change and transformation in your body, providing a steady foundation for improvement with every session.
Goal of the full-body workouts:
Our weekly full-body workouts are designed specifically for your body to deliver a complete Pilates experience, addressing every part of your body and meeting all your needs for care, balance, and strength.

These 30-45 minute sessions bring together the foundational elements of Pilates, helping you achieve flexibility, alignment, and deep inner strength.

Each workout is thoughtfully crafted to provide maximum benefits with focused, intentional effort, integrating all the most important  principles of Pilates for powerful results. If you’re looking not only to maintain health and fitness but to elevate your physical condition and sculpt the body you envision, these weekly workouts are the key. IVA’s live Zoom Event offer an extraordinary opportunity to experience the magic of real-time connection and guidance with your teacher Iva.
